Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Perform various tasks related to property maintenance and construction, including excavation, grading, and landscaping
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license with clean driving record
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, and excavators
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
